Improving your health is the ultimate self-improvement. Improving your health has more benefits than any other form of self-improvement. At least off the top of my head. I may think of something else later.

Want to feel better? Improve your health.

Want to save more money? Improve your health. Get off your meds and spend less time and money at the doctor.

Want to manage your time better? Improve your health. Increase you energy and get more done. Need less sleep. Not too much less. Get more done with better, more energetic focus.

Want to make more money? Improve your health. Increase your energy and clarity and give your productivity and huge boost.

Want to be a better parent? Improve your health and live longer. Better managed time means more family time. Increased energy means higher quality family time. Better energy and clarity means lower flash point and more patience.

Want to be a better spouse? Improve your physique and improve your attractiveness. Need I say more?

I could go on—and I probably will in a later post—but you get the idea.

In what area would you like to get better? I bet improved health will help.
